Our classes typically range from 5 to 15 students, though sizes can vary greatly depending on the season, holidays, or even the weather etc..
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before class so you have time to check in, settle in, and get comfortable.
We recommend bringing your own mat if you have one—but no worries if you don’t! We’ve got plenty of communal mats and all the props you’ll need, free to use. We also have filtered water and tea – please bring your own water bottle / thermos to help cut down on waste.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes so you can move freely—but nothing too baggy, unless you want your top to flop over your head in downward dog! Bare feet are best for gripping the mat and staying steady.
