Cancelation Policies

We offer studio credit for cancelation of classes and events that follow the below requirements.

Students must cancel their registration, from their account: sign into your account > my classes > upcoming > find your class > click cancel.

Cancelation must be done:

• 60 mins prior to any class
• 24hr prior to any event

The Momence app, is best way to manage your class cancelations etc.

If no students are registered 60mins prior to any regularly scheduled weekly class, that class will be canceled for that day.

If an event or workshop has insufficient attendance, it may be canceled. In this case advanced notification will be made and a full refund will be given.
