Please consult with your physician prior to initiating yoga classes. If you receive a green light please inform your instructor of your condition prior to the start of class. This way he/she can guide your practice in the safest and most beneficial manner.

We recommend students bring their own mat. With that said, we have communal mats and all necessary props available for free. We have filtered water so your water bottle is useful.
Wear comfortable clothing. However, nothing too baggy. Bare feet are best to grip the mat.

A good rule of thumb is to refrain from eating at least two hours before class. Your body will thank you for it.
Cancelations must be made at least 60 mins. prior to class (24hr for events) to retain class credit. Students must make the cancelation from their account. Sign into your account > My classes > Upcoming > find your class > click cancel. The Momence app, is best to manage your class registrations and cancellations.
Preregistration is necessary for all classes and events.
We are a cashless studio. All booking must be done online prior to class.
Coats and shoes are left in the foyer. We recommend bringing valuables into the studio.
No problem. Just let your teacher know ahead of time and place yourself by the front door and leave your props for the teacher to put away.
Although it is not our preference, we do allow late arrival within reason. We lock the door during class. If you arrive and the door is locked, please knock and someone should come to open the door. Please set yourself up as quickly and quietly as possible.
It is recommended arriving 5-10 mins prior to class, to check in and get oriented.
Yes. We have space in the front foyer for storage of personal mats. Any mat that is not used for over two months will be removed.
We recommend students bring their own mats and there are always communal mats free of charge at the BACK of the studio.
The studio opens approx. 10 minutes before each class.

- If necessary communal mats are in the BACK of the studio free of charge.
- Mats in the foyer are privately owned. Please do not use.
