All purchases are applicable for single users, non refundable, non

Cancellation Policies:
To retain studio credit, cancellations must be made by the student through their account:

• 60 minutes before any class
• 24 hours before any event or workshop

To cancel, sign into your account > My Classes > Upcoming > find your class > click “Cancel.” The
Momence app is the best way to manage registrations, cancellations, and more.

If there are no registrations 60 minutes prior to a class, it will be canceled for that day and time.

Events or workshops with insufficient attendance may be canceled, with advance notice and full refund.
